Possible bug in Search function

Hi,

I added a search for an executable file with a particular minimum version number using the "Min Version" field.

However, the installer does not seem to find versions of the executable file with a version number equal to the Min Version setting; it only finds executables with a version number greater than the Min Version setting.

This is with AI 3.7.1, so forgive me if the issue has been fixed since then.
