Silent update problem by updater service

Hello,

We just experienced another issue with ODBC, this time not during silent installation, but in case we install our TheServer.exe manually with the typical feature set.

By default ODBC prerequisite is a feature based prereq, and beloning to this feature: Therefore™ Server

Please take a look at the screenshot, if the parent feature aka Therefore™ Server is installed, then we would expect the ODBC is also installed. However this is not happening.

We just simply install our TheServer.exe with its defalt feature set, so including Therefore Server.

I will send you an install logfile and our latest .aip as well.

Could you please take a look?

This has been fixed in version 23.3 of Advanced Installer, released on December 4th, 2025.
