Newb Question: Need to download files to use during install

very green to using setup utilities so this may be a very lame question.

Is there a way for the installer to download installation files from url location to be used during installation.

This may not be the right way to ask the question. I've seen small install files that basically "get things setup" and then shells out to download additional files to run to complete the installation.

Hi,

I'm afraid that Advanced Installer doesn't support this feature.

The only possibility would be to have those files set up as a prerequisite. You can then download and install it.
