Bug on License request when using the new Outlook

Hello!

I created a .msi enterprise installer with trial and tried to request license by clicking "Request license (request code: ...)", using new Outlook as default email application on my desktop opens multiple windows and prompts an error instead of creating a template message to request license.

This only happens on new Outlook, Please help

Hello Scott and welcome to our forum,

I've had this issue with another customer some time ago and I wasn't able to reproduce this on my end.

After some further diggin' on customer's side, we concluded that this issue is related to the latest version of Outlook.
