Check condition before Uninstall

Hi,

Is it possible to set up a condition before uninstall?
If that condition is not met, the system will have a windows pop up with the message "Please correct the condition. Unable to Uninstall".

You can try something as described in the
Uninstall Password 19.2 Version thread.
