How to schedule custom action.

My application creates some folders and files in the installation directory when it is executed.

I want that when the application is uninstalled, the installation directory should also get deleted. However, this is not happening. Only those files that installer inintially placed get removed. Probably the installation directory does not get removed because it is not empty. I have created a custom action (using dll) which remove the extra files and folders.

My question is how do i schedule the custom action so that it gets executed after standard action RemoveFiles and before standard action RemoveFolder?

The version 2.5, due for release in a couple of days, will have a fix for this without involving CAs.

But to schedule as you wish, in the Custom Actions page, click Show Standard Action > Before File Installation > RemoveFiles.

Don't forget to add the uninstall Execution Condition, REMOVE="ALL".
