AI 16.4.1, software will not install on Windows Server 2012 R2

I recently updated from AI 16.3 to 16.4, and we are no longer able to launch the installer on Windows server 2012 R2, even though the OS is selected under launch conditions. No installation log is created either. I then updated to 16.4.1, but the issue persists.

Can you please send us the .aip (project file) to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate its settings?

Also, if you could forward by email a download link for your built setup package and a short test case you follow to replicate the error this will be very useful.
