About digital signature problem with 2 certificates.

Hello, I am David.
I have one more question to you.
We are providing update service to our customers by using Advanced Installer.
Recently, We changed the digital signature to new one, because our digital signature's period was expired.
We received and used new digital signature files(.cer/.pvk), but it doesn't work at the update as follows error message.

"Update installation was blocked, digital signature mismatch or untrusted publisher. Please contact technical support."

Our product's prev version used the old certificate(period = 2016-04-04 ~ 2016-10-08), and now our next version is using the new certificated(period = 2016-11-03 ~ 2019-11-23).
I wonder that it is impossible using two certificate, although they have same publisher and information.
