A row with this key was already registered in the table

i have many apps build using Advanced Installer 10.6 , and every thing is ok

i formate may PC, then install the 10.6 Advanced installer, when i want to open some projects this error appeared and i cannot load the projects ??!!!

some projects work others didn't. and when i create new projects no errors appeared.
Please i need to open this project ASAP, i have to publish a new setup today !!!!
