Hello,
To check if the SQL Management Studio is installed you can perform a search operation. You can either perform a registry search or a file search (e.g. Ssms.exe).
In order to create a search operation you can go in the Search page. Use the [ New Search Wizard ] toolbar button, to quickly set up a new search, following step-by-step directions.
If the search will be successfull, then the property assigned to the search operation will be set, otherwise it will be empty.
