Custom SQL Server Instance

Hello,

I would like to know how to create an SQL Server instance without using the Command Line in the prerequisites. The reason behind this, is that I want my database to be installed in a custom instance (other than SQLEXPRESS) and if the user already has SQL Server installed, the Command Line won't execute, hence he won't have the custom instance I want.
