Hi,
Sorry to bother you, but I need your help.
When I uninstall my .exe in the Control Panel, it function well at first, but after a while the "cancel" word can't be localized.
Here is the picture, can this problem be solved? I need some help, thank you very much!

Re: How can I localize “Cancel” during uninstall

Hi,

I'm afraid that this is the Windows Installer behavior and unfortunately, the "Cancel" button cannot be localized in this case.

Hi, Eusebiu

Thank you for your help.
I have another question, when i finished my installation, it will Popup “Deleting extracted files...”. My install file is a .EXE file, can I avoid this?

best regards

Re: How can I localize “Cancel” during uninstall

Hi Gavin,

This dialog is displayed if the package type is "Single EXE setup (resources inside)" in the Media page, because the resources extracted from the EXE file are deleted when the installation is finished.

In order to avoid this you can use the "EXE setup with resources next to it" package type.
