Marking a feature as '64-bit-Component' does mark all parent features the same

See following feature configuration:
- Parent 1 (i.e. Common)
____|--- Child of Parent 1 (i.e. Database server)
________|--- Child 1 of Child of Parent 1 (i.e. Database server 32 bit)
________|--- Child 2 of Child of Parent 1 (i.e. Database server 64 bit)

If I check 'Mark components in this feature as "64-bit..."' at 'Child 2 of Child of Parent 1' same check box will be checked at all parent entries.

I have tested your scenario but I cannot replicate it.
In order to further investigate this can you please send us a detailed test case scenario or a sample project that replicates the behaviour?
