4.6 installer inconsistencies

I have noticed a coupe of issues with the latest version of AI:

1. Not possible to store CAB outside of msi when building (even when it is selected)
2. Patching build behaves "differently". i.e. build process seems to be different and no instruction as to why it fails when

I luckily had a copy of 4.2 in my backup that I have reverted to (along with aip files that haven't been "upgraded").

Please can anyone confirm if they are running into the same issues with the later releases?

The first issue is related to a bug of AI 4.6. Please download to last version of AI:
http://www.advancedinstaller.com/download.html

Regarding the second issue please sent the AIP files (if not contain any confidential informations) for investigation.
