Installer crashes

Hello,

We use latest Advanced installer version 9.8 build 48877. If we run the installer exe build by Advanced installer, we regularly get this error:

If we click on "Details", we get this:

The computer we got this on is a Windows 7 Home premium. But we also see it on older Windows versions.

This is important to fix because our clients can not install their purchased software.

Hello Patrick,

Can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and the related stack trace details (copied in a .txt file) to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them? Also, can you send us your EXE installation package so we can try to reproduce the behavior on our test machines?
