Chrome detecting exe as malicious file.

Hi,

We are seeing some troubles when distributing the exe while using chrome.
The exe is signed, but we are getting a warning that it might be a malicious file.
Do you know any workarounds for this, do we need to change any settings from the AI project?

Hi,

I cannot reproduce this case. I created an exe package with AdvancedInstaller version 9.4 and I downloaded from an URL using Google Chrome 21.0.1180.75 m.
Can you please tell me the versions of AdvancedInstaller and Google Chrome used?

We are using the same version for Chrome, and AI 9.3
Sometimes it doesn't show the warning immediately, have you tried more than once to reproduce it?

Unfortunately this is a common problem and it's not related to the actual file:

Basically, the Chrome mechanism is broken and it has a lot of false positives.
