Button Images and Advanced Installer Logo Missing on Dialog

Hi,
I am using spring (style: Orange) theme and I have created few New Dialogs. The NEXT and PREVIOUS button images are missing only on the New Dialogs. I can only see a standard "push button" with text on it..instead of the image saying NEXT or BACK or etc. And also Advanced Installer logo on the top right is missing on the new dialog. I can see the logo, image buttons if i select " Add Dialog" instead of "New Dialog". I want to add the button images and Advanced Installer logo to all the new Dialogs. Please help. thanks.

Re: Button Images and Advanced Installer Logo Missing on Dialog

Thanks for the reply.
I have done what you have suggested. I have selected the Folder.html (just for test) as the htmlhost on the new dialog and now I have two next buttons and two back buttons (buttons from the folder.html and on top of the previous dialog buttons)..so i have changed the visible option to "false" for the dialog buttons. Now I see only the buttons (with images)..so far so good.. But.. the problem is I am unable to specify published events, control conditions etc to the buttons that are part of the htmlhost file.
Is there a way just to add the Button Image to the existing dialog buttons.

If there is a tutorial to either to add images to the existing buttons or customizing the buttons from the folder.html .. it will be really nice. Please help.

Re: Button Images and Advanced Installer Logo Missing on Dialog

Hello,

The Spring theme is based on HTML. Therefore, when customizing your dialogs in order to add static text elements, the HTML source pages must be edited. Also, two types of dialogs are provided, one if HTML is present and enabled on the target computer and the "classic Windows Installer" type otherwise. So it is wise to customize both of these dialog types to your needs.

Unfortunately, we don't have any tutorial on this, but I will forward the request to our technical writing team and we will consider it for a future release.

All the best,
Mihai
