7.2 installer - window flashes near PrepareDlg display

When running an 7.2 Enhanced UI, about the time PrepareDlg displays, a window roughly the size of an installer dialog flashes on screen. On my large monitor it appears in the upper left quadrant of the screen.

This does not happen in 7.1.3 or 6.9.1.

This behavior is caused by a bug in the enhanced UI. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. A bugfix will be included in the next release.
