Prerequisite Keeps Looping

We just updated to the latest version of Advanced Installer and since then a few customers have reported issues with the .NET 8 x64 pre-requisite causing the install to fail. Apparently, the pre-requisite keeps trying to install and doesn't allow the installation to continue. Any ideas?

Follow up, the issue is happening even in our version of the install that contains no pre-requisite. So could this be some pre-requisite that's built into the later build of Advanced Installer itself??
