File Associations: suppress application selection

Hi,

we create a new ProgID and assign the .docx extension in our setup.
Since there is Microsoft Word installed on the system there are now two possible programs opening this file.

When you now try to double click a .docx you get the following dialog:

How can i supress the application selection dialog?
We only want that the program appears in the "open with" list in windows explorer and in the default application menu in windows settings.

Hello Dominik,

I have run some tests and managed to see this behavior first hand.

To be quite honest with you, I think that this happens by default in Windows (the fact that you are asked which of the two you want to use) and there isn't much we can do here.
