How to show custom theme for uninstall windows from Control Panel

I want to show a custom theme or design when users uninstall my app from the Control Panel.

Hello,

If you want to configure the dialogs or add new dialogs, you can do so by using the Dialog Editor feature.

Please note, however, that the Surface theme is a little bit more complicated than others and configuring prove to be quite hard.

What do you have in mind to modify about it?

I don't want to modify the diaglog. I want to show that dialog

Hello,

You have configured this correctly - the dialog should be displayed if the user launched the setup in Maintenance Mode.

I have just tested this using your AIP file and it worked just fine:
