V22.8 Fails in VS2022

I had to downgrade to V22.7 after 22.8 failed to run from VS2022.
I tried a new project: After I edited the installer project in Advanced Installer, VS failed to load the AI project.
The problem seems to happen after upgrading the project to Professional.

I tested this scenario and was able to reproduce the issue.

I will forward this to our dev team and it should be fixed in a future version of Advanced Installer.
