PacKit failure on 24H2

PacKit problem on Windows 11 24H2; does not occur on 23H2

To Reproduce:
Open PacKit
Tools
Run inside MSIX container

The tool seems unable to enumerate the packages for selection. Works fine on older OS.

NOTE: I'm guessing this might be related to my issue here:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/dis ... ct/4359996
which now appears related to the Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands dll loading.
