Dear Advanced Installer,
There is an install scenario which is not working for us: We would like to allow the installation of our 32-bit setup, only if our MAIN product's version is higher than 32.0.0.
To achieve this we set up a search (IS_3264BIT_THEREFORE), which is a "registry value contains version" search and we defined there the HKLM\Software\Therefore\Installation\InstallVersion key, as that key always contains the version of our MAIN product like you can see that on the attached image.
We also use that property in the LAUNCHCondition area, however our problem is that our 32-bit installer is always blocked, so even if we have version 32.0.1 installed as MAIN product, we still cannot install it.
As I highlighted, we just would like to block the 32-bit installer if the MAIN product version is lower than 32.0.0.
I will send over our .aip for you, could you please take a look what is still wrong?
Best regards,
Zsolt
