In some very rare cases, we've seen (so far only on one PC in-house), that the Dialog Bitmap in Themes gets distorted or rather seems to be stretched, so that only par of it can be seen but looks like it has been zoomed in a lot.
We use a standard jpg file.
The Banner Bitmap has not been similarly affected.

2. the images you use.
3. a download link for your setup package.
4. the build number and version of the machine's operating system where you can reproduce this.
