Advanced Installer 23.8 Test Installation UI Fails

Steps to recreate:
Create new Enterprise Installer
Select User Interface > Dialogs
Click Test Installation UI
Save Project
(UI Runs)
Cancel UI
Select User Interface > Themes > Surface
Click Set As Current
Click Change Theme (Note, you have to do this twice)
Select User Interface > Dialogs
Click Test Installation UI
(Build completes, no UI is displayed)
Select User Interface > Themes > Classic > Aero
Click Set As Current
Click Change Theme (Note, you have to do this twice)
Click Test Installation UI
(Build completes, no UI is displayed)

Nothing, at this point, will allow the Test Installation UI to run properly.
I have a .mp4 that shows this sequence.

Thank you for the detailed test case.

I have followed the steps and was able to reproduce the issue on my end.

I will forward this to our dev team and this will be fixed in a future version of Advanced Installer.

Until then, the only way left to test the UI is via running the resulted EXE/MSI. For example, you can test this in Windows Sandbox or in a Virtual Machine.
