How to Use Pre-Install Updates to Download Latest Setup

How Would I make Advanced Installer check for updates using the product version and download the latest "install.exe" Example if the old installer was running version 1.0
I want it to automatically download the latest Install.exe to version 1.1 Before the Installation even continues How would I go about doing this

I have configured the Auto Updater But I want the pre-install Updates to download the new setup version.

Instead of having to issue an update in the way described is there not a way for it to just download the full setup.exe and launch that instead of having to issue an update.
