Running java and uninstalling savegames

I have two questions about the installer version 2.4.1

1. When I install a java product (I don't have the jar, is all stored in directories), I make the shortcut to the .class fiel. How can I tell him to run it instead of calling the class?
Another problem is that the end-user could not have the java installed as a systempath and so it would need to find the jsdk directory..

2. My installation is about a game, how could I tell him to do not unistall the savegame directory (mabye as an option) and some other config files?

Thanks,

Hello,

1. Free-standing classes are not supported in AdvInst, you must pack them into JARs and add the JARs to the defined Java Product.

You don't need to specify the JRE path, as it will be detected and used by the Class Launcher.

2. Don't worry about it - Windows Installer will not uninstall files it didn't install.
