Hi,

IIS support has been added in version 3.5 of Advanced Installer. Please upgrade to this new version.
I wanna put one more extension script . For example, ".cgi" =>"c:\progra~1\perl\bin\perlis.dll" , but I can't do.
Web Application Mappings will be available in the next release of Advanced Installer.

Hi,

I need to do this using AI 5.2, but I don't know how. For the virtual directory I create I need to set an application extension for .php

How can this be done?

Hi,

I'm afraid that web application mappings are supported only at WebSite level for now. You can read more about this here:
http://advancedinstaller.com/user-guide ... tings.html
http://advancedinstaller.com/user-guide ... props.html
http://advancedinstaller.com/user-guide ... thods.html

We already have the configuration of web application mappings for virtual directories on our TODO list and this feature will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer.

Hi,

Is this feature already available for virtual directories? If not, do you know a VB script to do this?

Thanks.

Hi,

I'm afraid that this feature has not been implemented yet. In order to create your VBScript custom action you can use these sites:
http://www.iis.net
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa286507.aspx
