Upgrade 19.1->19.3 produced bad MSIX output

Once again, an upgrade to AdvancedInstaller version broke an existing build. This time I upgraded from 19.1 to 19.3, but the last few times I upgraded the package has been broken.

In this case, the creation of the MSIX file succeeded, however signtool failed with an indication of a bad package. Investigating, I found that many of the files in the Files and Folders were reddish/purple (rather than black). As was the case last time, I seem to need to resolve these, whatever it is supposed to indicate. Mostly, clicking in and re-selecting the same file it was pointing to resolves that item.

What does the reddish/purple mean in the GUI and is there a better way to resolve this or understand what is going wrong?

If possible, could you please post a screenshot of the issue, as I am not quite sure I fully understand it?

Additionally, if you could forward me a test-case which I can use to reproduce this on my end, that would be great.
