Repackager installed on VM

Is the only way to get the Repackager installed on a VM is to install the entire MSI? Flexera AdminStudio has a lightweight stand-alone repackger that installs on the VM for captures. I do not like the connect to VM. Unreliable so far. I want a local capture.

If we do have to install the entire product on a VM for captures, is licensing an issue? My host will have the same license as the VM.

Hello and welcome to our forums,

On the VM, you should install the AI Remo Tools - osprovision.exe file from the follownig folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 22.7\bin\osprovision.exe

You do not need to install the entire Advanced Installer there.
