Custom Message Text at End of Installation
Three things:
- Would very much like to be able to leave a custom message at the end of the installation, such as "Start <myapp> from the Windows Start menu."
- Also, would really like an option to start the installed app with the Finish button.

Run Newly Installed Application...!
The only minimum requirement missing in the 1.1 release is the ability to run the newly installed app on closing the installer. Any hidden registry setting for this:-?
I could even live without this if I was able to customize the text on the final wizard window to say run the app from the Start menu ...

Shortcuts appear to be disabled in the Startup folder
I see how to create a shortcut that goes automatically into the Application Shortcut Folder. But how do you get a shortcut from there into the Startup folder? The Shortcut button and right-click commands are disabled except in the Application Folder.

I would like to have the option to eliminate either the [Manufacturer] or the [ProductName] placeholders in the [ProgramFilesFolder][Manufacturer]\[ProductName] parameter.
