I've tried to reproduce this, but I couldn't.

Can you reproduce this on multiple machines or only on the build machine?

I closed all windows except for the folder containing the setup package, but I still cannot reproduce this problem.

If you want to use an older version of Advanced Installer in your pipelines, then you would need to use the previous version of our plugin, 2.*.

It appears that the bug is related to special character encoding used in a comment.

Can you please remove the "→" character or replace it with "->":

I have tested this and I can confirm that this indeed is a bug on our side.
