I want to run a bat file but then I want to delete it.
The problem is that the application folder path is hard to determine, so I will put this .bat file in the same app path.
But how to delete this bat file now?

I checked the create registry option when initializing but it didn't work.

after every updating, my task is to create a new one .txt file.
my problem is when opening this project it doesn't update the new version.
is it possible to have new product version automatically and i can build the txt file directly?

I'm not sure this feature exists but
i'm manually typing in the name of the new version because it contains the version number.
Should I do that?

I mean productversion property does not exist in update configuration project.

Hi,
I made an updater like this from last year and it worked fine.
however after update new vs, recently this has failed. I'm not sure what happened.
My app, Installed version is 10.1.6 and I made new update version is 10.1.6.1
However during the update I got the following error:

let's say I have 10 projects (tools) for 10 peoples.
these project are of the same type so the project will have the same product name (but different assembly).
my problem is when opening files/recent they are all the same. I won't know whose project this is..
