Will this work for Hexadecimal keys as well?

Just like the original poster, I want to update a registry value of the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\4.0\Engines\Jet 4.0

Name: MaxLocksPerFile

Updated Value should be : 200000 (default is 9500)

This Key already exists - I just want the value updated.
