We are blocked by the same SignTool Error.
For those of you that also need your shop running while the AI folks work on theirs you can find the installer for 18.0 by going to Customer Info, entering your license key, and selecting a previous version to download.

MSIX validation fails for 3rd party COM components because of empty HelpDirectory attribute
I have not been able to find any information on how to resolve/workaround this - modifying the 3rd party component's source or getting an updated component is a non starter. Any ideas? Thanks!
