Hi

Just wanted to know how to associate a version with a file. I am trying to copy a buch of file using a msi. While trying to create a MSI , I add a folder to the MSI , AI automatically assigns versions to a buch of dls but not to all file. Is the a way to assocaite a file version to all the files ...

hi!

I want to execute a .bat file which will install a at tasks (similar to cron jobs but this is for windows) , I can sucessfully do this using "Add predefined custom action" under Install custom action , this works fine in windows xp but not on windows 2k , for some reason the .bat file execution ...

Hey!

Is it possible to read a property file for the various properties that are required during a unattended installation , like installation location , etc.,

oh BTW I am really impressed by AI , I struggled with other tools to create a msi package but with AI it was a piece of cake. :D
