I guess I never knew about the public - private property, and I especially did not know that case would have made a difference in my variable names. I will have to read more about this.

I renamed my failing entry to ALL CAPS and it works now!!!

I realize from the help file that when adding a user or group, that the installation will fail if the user or group already exists.

Can you add a condition that will check to see if the user or group exists already and not attempt to add it again if so.

Enable the ability to embed images without having to reference an external url, I think it would make it easier to get the message across about dialogs, both from the users and the responses from support as well.

Using custom Dialogs, I set various Registry settings and Environment variables.

One of the last steps in my install is to execute a batch file.
My batch file uses these environment variables to take certain actions depending on the choices made in the dialogs.

I would like to be able to test my dialogs (custom-ent. version) for functionality and flow without having to execute the built installer package.

It would be especially nice if this testing could include the functionality to set Registry values, Environment Values, or at least variables within AI ...

Perhaps include a Test Mode for a compiled package.
A flag or option that you can set on certain events that when you run in 'Test" mode , the events only simulate or skip and not actually run.

Better design the checkboxes-make them easier to use:
Instead of just having a value when its checked and no value when its not checked, set the value to true or 1 or -1 when checked and 0 or false when not checked.

I was running AI v 3.3.1. I created a project to install an app (in Pro Mode). The resultant MSI installed fine. No problem there.

Anyway, recently I upgraded to v4.1.2.

But when I open my old Project file, I get the following error:
