When I create a patch using 2 MSI installers, using Surface theme, the patch also uses the theme.
The only problem there is that when you press the install button, nothing happens.
If I run the patch in DOS with /passive command, it installs the patch no problem.
Windows 7 x64

I have just created a new installer using the new surface theme.
The installer will install the product successfully, but when it is on the progress dialogue of the copying files stage the bar goes up a tiny bit, then back to 0% then 1%.

I am trying to create a patch from a large installer (only 1 file has changed)
I have removed all synchronization from the folders and removed all files bar the updated file.
I have then created the patch in the Patch wizard, and set the new patch file and its target file.

I suspect it is something to do with the registry, I am using it to detect the correct version and install.
